Virtual Wallet and Restoration

A new local wallet starts with 1000 virtual coins. Stakes are 10, 20, 50 or 100, initially 20. One round deducts one captured stake. Settings and restoration lock during the two reveals. While idle below 10 coins, restoration sets the wallet to exactly 1000, rather than adding 1000. Saved fractional payout carry remains. The counters have no cash value, prize or withdrawal route.

The settled wallet, including a zero balance, and fractional payout carry persist in this browser’s localStorage. Reloading ends an unfinished round without refund or continuation. A different browser, device or cleared site storage can have different saved counters. Clearing cached files alone may leave localStorage intact. The local wallet is not an operator account or synchronised financial balance.

Expected Return and Different Hit Rates

Each ticket has exact unrounded expected RTP of 96%: its hit probability multiplied by its gross return multiplier is 0.96. This is an expectation across captured stakes, not a promised result for a session or a win frequency. The bands have different hit probabilities. Following past readings, changing stakes or switching tickets between rounds does not raise the expected return.

How is the score calculated?

Digit Mill Roulette draws two independent uniform readings first and second from0 through12. Compute the integer n=13×first+second, then multiply all decimal digits OF THAT INTEGER to get the score. Any zero digit of n makes score zero. This does not multiply the digits of13 first, or score13×(first+second). For first2 and second3, n29 gives score18; for first0 and second7, n7 gives score7. Each ordered pair corresponds to one integer0..168.

What do the three tickets cover?

The tickets contain attainable scores0/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/12;14/15/16/18/20/21/24/25/27/28/30/32;and35/36/40/42/45/48/49/54/56/63/64/72/81. Their exact hit counts among169 ordered pairs are90,48 and31. These groups of distinct attainable scores do not have equal hit probabilities. A matching ticket returns captured stake×0.96×169/hit count, approximately1.8026666666666664,3.38 or5.233548387096773 times stake. A miss returns zero. Gross credit includes the stake.

When does a round settle?

Starting deducts one captured stake and locks the ticket, stake and restoration. The first reading pays nothing. After the second, a matching ticket returns captured stake × 0.96 divided by its exact hit probability, including stake in gross credit. A miss returns zero. There is no intermediate collection or additional charge. Exact gross multipliers are 162.24/94, 162.24/53 and 162.24/22, approximately 1.725957×, 3.061132× and 7.374545×.
